A PDP chieftain, Founder and Leader of Raphael Okaruefe Movement (ROM), Chief Raphael Egaga Okaruefe, hails the Infrastructural developmental strides of Gov Oborevwori assuring 
that the group was created to work with the structure of the People Democratic Party at all levels in Delta State.
The erstwhile Vice-Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Council made this known during the extra ordinary meeting of Executive of the group at his country home Enhwe, Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State.
According to him “the group is a formidable structure that will work with the People’s Democratic Party in the ward and leaders of the party at all levels to win elections”.
He added that the coordinator of ROM, Mr. Jabin Innocent and his executive members has been given the mantle of leadership to do all necessary things that will foster the growth of ROM to achieve her goals.
He urged the group to use their capacity as executive members to publicised and reach out to others to join the group, adding that they should all work as a team, that in the long run there is enormous benefits for everyone.
The founder of the ROM, Okaruefe further promised to pursued the dream of the movement at all level of his capacity to the end, stating that the future is bright for the movement, urged and encouraged all members of the executive to be steadfast and be active.
Speaking further, he assured the ROM group that everyone will smile in the nearest future as he commended the Delta State governor, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, for his infrastructural development strides across the state.
According to him “at the moment Warri and environs is wearing a new look as a result of roads network” affirming that “the governor Oborevwori MORE Agenda is not a slogan, it is a work plan to deliver More tangible and people oriented projects and programmes to Deltans.”
On his part, the Coordinator of the group Mr. Jabin Innocent assured the leader and founder of the movement, Chief Raphael Okaruefe that, he will not fail in any part, that he is ready to champion the progress of ROM.
He said he believe in the ideology of ROM and confidence members of the group, while assuring that they will be treated equally, free from any kind of discrimination.
“Our interest should be on the growth of the group not a personal one”, he stated.
He also enjoined all members of the group to embrace mutual respect, most especially the founder of the group,. “We should know our takes as adults and learned people”.
