With a distinguished career spanning multiple roles, Chief Itesah has left an indelible mark on the political landscape of Delta State. He served twice as Councillor Representing Oyede/Okpe Ward and Oyede Ward in the National Republican Convention (NRC), and later held the positions of Vice Chairman under UNCP and Caretaker Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Council.

During his tenure as Chairman of the Council, Chief Itesah oversaw the construction of the road leading to the Council Headquarters, a testament to his dedication to infrastructure development. His leadership style, rooted in the belief of peaceful coexistence, has fostered a sense of community and cooperation among the citizens of Oyede Kingdom.

In recognition of his exemplary leadership and contributions to the Traditions of Oyede Kingdom, cum his position as the Otota of the Kingdom, Chief Itesah was recently presented with a DELTA STATE TRADITIONAL CERTIFICATE UNDER PART III OF THE TRADITIONAL RULER AND CHIEF LAWS 2008, issued by the DIRECTORATE OF CHIEFTAINCY AFFAIRS
