The Isoko-Nation Progressive Like-Minds (INPLM), under the leadership of Comrade Ilaya Efemena Beckly, has strongly condemned the illegal arrest of Ajirioghene Atagba, popularly known as MC 2Kingdom. The group has described the arrest as an unjust act and is calling for his immediate and unconditional release.
According to reports, MC 2Kingdom was unlawfully detained by security operatives under questionable circumstances, raising concerns about due process and respect for fundamental human rights. INPLM views this action as a violation of Atagba’s civil liberties and an affront to justice.
Comrade Ilaya Efemena Beckly, speaking on behalf of the group, expressed deep concern over the incident and urged relevant authorities to ensure that Atagba regains his freedom without further delay. He emphasized that the principles of democracy and the rule of law must be upheld, warning against arbitrary arrests and unlawful detentions, which threaten the rights of citizens.
The INPLM leader also called on human rights organizations, the media, and well-meaning individuals to lend their voices to the cause and ensure that justice is served. He reiterated that the Isoko people stand against oppression in any form and will continue to advocate for fairness, transparency, and the protection of human rights.
